Despite its appealing attributes, I encountered persistent issues with the water pressure during showers. it was often low and didn't get hot enough. The wet room design of the bathroom, where the toilet was integrated with the shower space, felt cramped and could use rethinking. Plus, the breakfast buffet was limited and didn't quite match the quality of the individual dishes served at the restaurant.

the service was okay, but seriously, instant coffee for breakfast? woudl ve been nice if they had proper coffee. the pool area looked like it hasnt been cleaned since last summer, but oh sure, lets just ignore that. i asked for a room upgrade, but apparently, i wasn't special enough to deserve that. i just couldn’t give a good review.

Had a great stay in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room for 1 night. The rooftop pool offered a nice view, and we enjoyed the quiet location near the lake. The staff were super helpful, especially Prem, who helped us with trek arrangements. Good place overall! 😊

would definitely book here again
The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, total comfort vibes! The Deluxe Double room had a minibar and a balcony that made it even better. Staff were super helpful, they arranged a guide for our trek and let us keep our luggage while we explored. Loved the nice pool too!

great experience with a few minor issues
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant offered an excellent variety of dishes, with breakfast being a highlight each morning that fueled our adventures. We loved the rooftop area, which provided stunning mountain views and a fantastic space to unwind by the pool after a busy day.
The wifi connection was unreliable at times, particularly in the room.
